1. Purpose
This policy explains how Solutions locatives LeaseLane inc., doing business as Lease Lane (“Lease Lane” or “we”), uses cookies and similar technologies on the leaselane.ca site. It specifies which ones, for what purposes, and how to accept them, refuse them or withdraw your consent. It supplements our Privacy Policy, available at leaselane.ca/confidentialite.
2. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file that the site saves in your browser. It is used, for example, to keep your session open, remember your choices or measure traffic. Similar technologies, such as pixels and the browser's local storage, are treated the same way here.
3. The cookies we use
Only essential cookies are active without your consent. All other categories stay turned off until you turn them on.

4. Your consent and your choices
- On your first visit, a banner offers three equally weighted choices: “Accept all”, “Reject all” and “Customize”.
- Declining does not prevent you from using the site or chatting with Cléo.
- You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Manage cookies” link in the footer. Withdrawal applies going forward.
- We ask for your choice again every , and each time we add a category or a provider.
- You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some site features may then stop working.
5. Third-party cookies and processing outside Québec
Some cookies are placed by providers working for us, for example for audience measurement or displaying a map. They follow your choices, unless they are essential, and are listed in the table in section 3. If a provider processes this information outside Québec, we first conduct a privacy impact assessment and govern it with a written agreement.
6. Retention period
The duration of each cookie is listed in the table in section 3. Audience measurement data is kept for no more than 13 months, then deleted or anonymized.
7. Changes
We update this policy when our tools change. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page. If we add a category or a provider, we ask for your consent again.
