They switched property managers.
The switch took one month. Tenants received the notice and Cléo took over the same day.
Questions about the transition.
These answers come from questions asked to Cléo. Our team validates and dates them before publication.
How does the transfer work if I already have a property manager?
We first read your current contract to respect its notice period. We then gather leases, files, keys and histories, notify tenants and activate Cléo. Your first report arrives at the end of the first full month.
How long is the contract, and how do I end it?
The management contract lasts 12 months and renews. To not renew it, send written notice at least 30 days before it ends; you can also end it at any time in writing. We then hand over leases, files and keys to the person you designate.
Do I keep control over important decisions?
Yes. The choice of tenant, work above your threshold, the rent increase and any recourse to the TAL are submitted to you. You approve online, in one click, and the decision is recorded in the file.
